Building an Environmentally Conscious Community
When we say sustainability is our core mission - we mean it. We put sustainable thinking at the center of everything we do. It inspires us to constantly innovate while keeping people and the planet top of mind.
We Reduce Wastage
Our factories use state-of-the-art computer knitting machines to create seamless garments - meaning fabric wastage is minimal.
No Pesky Pesticides
The original bamboo used to create our signature, soft designs is grown organically - without pesticides or fertilizers.
Mindful Consumption
We use rainwater to grow our bamboo and all water used in the production process is recycled and reused.
Giving Back
Our planet and communities need more people that want to make a difference. We support and partner with people, groups and projects that are activists for change — together we aim to create long-term, real impact.

Goodbye Malaria
Goodbye Malaria is a non-profit organization that aims to eliminate malaria in South Africa. 100% of all profits for the Boody Giving Bracelets are donated to fund the life-saving fight against malaria in South Africa.

Circle of Love Center
Circle of Love is an emergency shelter and resource center for domestic violence victims and their children. Boody helps provide clothing donations to support these families during tough times.

Bridge of Hope San Diego
Bridge of Hope SD is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families in the midst of transition. Transition can mean many things - escaping domestic violence, overcoming homelessness, facing a family crisis, fleeing a war-torn country, defeating a drug addiction, or coping with any situation that causes vulnerability and uncertainty. Boody donates clothing to Bridge of Hope San Diego.
Talking Transparently
We believe in being transparent, taking care of the people who make your clothes, and never putting our bottom line before what’s best for the planet.
The Boody DNA
Why everyday basics, sustainably made?
Boody was born from a collective passion, drive and demand for a simpler wardrobe made from sustainable fabrics that supported the everyday lifestyle.
This passion saw two friends, David and Neil on a journey to simply design better basics; both bringing their experience in fashion and pharmacy together to force sustainable change.
Today, Boody is made up of a team of sustainable change makers around the world who all work to not just deliver a product that's better for the planet, but to use Boody as a platform to be real, transparent, open and honest. We owe it to the planet to be better.
Boody emphasizes quality and simplicity. We bypass trends and fads as we believe they lead to overconsumption and waste.
Based in Sydney Australia, our sustainable everyday basics are selling in 15 countries globally and counting.

All our factories are WRAP Certified, meaning all factory workers are treated ethically, have health care, annual leave and do not use child labour.

Through 1% for the Planet, Boody donates one percent of the value of all online orders to non-profits and associations which drive positive change and help protect our beautiful environment.
How do you choose your factories?
Our accredited manufacturing partners have been selected wisely after a long and careful process to ensure that our values and ethics are translated throughout the entire production process. We looked for factories that have a long term commitment to quality, the wellbeing of their workers and who can also guarantee a reduced footprint on the environment.
How sustainable is your bamboo?
We are committed to producing high-quality products, with a focus on sustainable materials and practices.
